To get a sense of GFF, think Wood Barn, The Parlor, or Fox Run – as it was. We love those places and the talent they host. So GFF is something like that, but with our particular twist on things:

-We are also presenting small format classical music.
-Owners, Tom and Diane live atop the venue in a 3 story building built in 1880. The venue has a funky, creative home feel.
-Tom is an Artist / Producer using the space daily as a writing and recording studio. When not working, it’s also a glorious living room.
-The sound systems and tech-setup are pretty special. Artists will be comfortable and are welcome to play any of the instruments we have here.
-The space can be cleared for maximum open space or custom-configured for performance or recording. Theater style seating is available for up to 50 people.
-20 minutes north of Portland, our location has its own vibe. In Freeport Village, Maine, we can see L.L. Bean’s flagship store (Maine’s #2 tourist destination) from our window. You’ll find 10 restaurants, B&Bs & hotels, groceries, drugstore, and cool shops all within a walkable village.
-We are BYOB only – customers love the affordability.
-Outdoor backyard space with a fire-pit and audio is available as venue space when weather cooperates.
-Free public parking never fills up.
