The flat fee rental price is $340. This fee includes most everything - tables, chairs, screens, house sound system, etc. The only additional cost may be a $25 BYOB license fee if you plan to have alcohol. Ground Floor, Freeport is a very unique and creative space, so an in-person visit will really help you envision your event here.
